A tribute to Condoleeza Rice and George W. At the time Cheney had 'other priorities' other than serving his country in Vietnam by getting 5 deferments, he was also racking a few drunk driving arrests. Why hasn't anyone ever questioned Dick about his drinking other than when he shot his friend in the face?
