Senators Graham and Kyl: Violate Attorney Code of Ethics in Amicus Brief to Supreme Court

Senators Graham and Kyl submitted a deceptive amicus brief to the Supreme Court containing a bogus transcript of a floor debate. There can be no doubt that they did this knowingly. The only question that remains is whether their respective State Bar Associations will allow this breach of lawyer ethics to go unpunished. See, it's an ethical violation to knowingly commit a fraud on the court as candor to any tribunal is one of the cornerstones of attorney ethics and professional responsibility.

Hopefully, someone in their respective states will file an ethics violation complaint with their bar associations for these two highly placed liars.
