A tribute to Condoleeza Rice and George W. Nobody could have predicted...
that the Medicare drug plan forced down the throats of conservatives and progressives alike, using bribery and extortion, during the wee hours of the morning, based on fraudulent cost data would be as FUBAR as everything else this administration touches.
