When asked about the Harriet Miers nomination to the Supreme Court, Scalia lamented about the "politicalization" of the nomination process. Isn't he the same guy who, for purely political reasons, issued an injunction to stop the Florida recount during the 2000 elections and then didn't recuse himself despite blatant conflicts of interest?
