How Bad Is Our Image If We Think Karen Hughes Could Improve It? 

ANKARA, Turkey Sep 28, 2005 — Sent to improve America's image in the Muslim world, President Bush's public relations chief (Karen Hughes) stressed the need for better dialogue in her brief address Wednesday to Turkish women activists.

Of course, "better dialogue" meaning that they do as they are sanctimoniously told by her superior, the Shoeshopper of State.
