A tribute to Condoleeza Rice and George W. Bush who, despite voluminious evidence to the contrary, said, "I don't think anybody could have predicted that these people would take an airplane and slam it into the World Trade Center, take another one and slam it into the Pentagon, that they would try to use an airplane as a missile," adding that "even in retrospect" there was "nothing" to suggest that" and "I don't think anyone anticipated the breach of the levees," respectively.

TIME reports that political views will keep you out of non-political events because of the un-American activities of the Bush Administration. At least he didn't fire the members of the White House Travel Office.

The Bush Administration punishes some Democrat backers

[The Inter-American Telecommunication Commission meets three times a year in various cities across the Americas to discuss such dry but important issues as telecommunications standards and spectrum regulations. But for this week's meeting in Guatemala City, politics has barged onto the agenda. At least four of the two dozen or so U.S. delegates selected for the meeting, sources tell TIME, have been bumped by the White House because they supported John Kerry's 2004 campaign.]
This is absolutely a disgusting display of partisanship and punishing people for their political views that don't happen to coincide with their fascist agenda.
Fidel Castro would be so proud.
