A tribute to Condoleeza Rice and George W. As if by rote, GWB uses the phrase "I'm looking for to working with..." in numerous speeches and in numerous responses to questions about individuals and groups. BTW, rote can be defined as: 1) the use of memory usually with little intelligence or 2)routine or repetition carried out mechanically or unthinkingly.
